Speakers

Jun WANG 

Team Leader of Library Academic Liaison and Reference Division, XJTLU, Master of Science, graduated from the Department of Physics at the University of Hong Kong, intermediate professional title, Fellow of Higher Education Academy in the United Kingdom. She has engaged in professional intelligence analysis and consulting services for 9 years, and led the completion of the Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Industry Patent Navigation Analysis Project. She holds the qualification of a scientific and technological novelty personnel, and has received systematic training in intellectual property with the completion of advanced course certificates from the WIPO Academy. In addition, she participated in 2 philosophical research projects at Jiangsu Province's universities, and published 4 papers in core journals at the provincial level and above.

Xiaoyuan XIANG

Intellectual Property Lawyer, Master of Law from Soochow University, specializing in trademark law, copyright law, trade secrets and unfair competition, providing intellectual property legal services. Successfully represented multiple cases involving copyright, trademark and unfair competition disputes, as well as technology contract disputes. Authored articles including "Discussion on Platform Liability for Copyright Infringement by Generative AI" and "AIGC Platform Governance". Won the second and third prize in the 2023 and 2024 Suzhou Industrial Chain + Legal Service Product Innovation Competition, as well as the third prize in the 2024 Jiangsu Lawyer Intellectual Property Outstanding Cases Competition.
