Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is accelerating its penetration into various industries. However, during the process of model training, application, and optimization, the risks of data security and personal information protection are becoming increasingly prominent. From the perspective of the legal supervision positioning of enterprises, this article combines the underlying technical principles of generative artificial intelligence and focuses on analyzing the compliance risks and responses of generative artificial intelligence service providers in terms of data security and personal information protection through three aspects: model training, model application, and model optimization.
