Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) Intellectual Property Information Service Center (IPISC) was established by the University not only to provide intellectual property information service but also contribute to talent cultivation. Led by the Library, IPISC was jointly established by XJTLU Research Engagement and Innovation Office and XJTLU International Innovation Hub. By integrating the advantages of XJTLU Library (one of the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Information Service Networks) in IP resources construction, information dissemination and utilization, XJTLU Research Engagement and Innovation Office (President Unit of Suzhou Intellectual Property Operation Association) in innovative IP management and operation, and XJTLU International Innovation Hub (also recognized as Suzhou Entrepreneurship lecture Hall Xipu Innovation Hub Base) in innovative entrepreneurship service, we are committed to shaping new IP service ecology with a comprehensive service system, distinguished in innovation collaboration and resource integration and sharing.
