On November 4, Dr. Xinyu ZHU, Director of the Research and Development Centre of Intellectual Property Publishing House Co., Ltd., and Mr. Sha LI, Product Manager, visited Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). They held an exchange with Jun WANG and Yingying PAN from the XJTLU Intellectual Property Information Service Centre on TISC service development and deepened cooperation.

At the meeting, both sides introduced the operation and development positioning of their respective TISC work. XJTLU was recognized as a TISC institution in August this year, and the XJTLU Intellectual Property Information Service Centre presented the university's existing foundations and distinctive strengths in IP information services and data services. Intellectual Property Publishing House Co., Ltd. was recognized as a TISC institution in 2021 and was awarded the "Excellent" grade in its first three-year operational assessment. During the exchange, Intellectual Property Publishing House shared its service experience in public-interest consultation, data retrieval, and resource matching, and both sides conducted in-depth discussions on multiple directions of cooperation, including resource complementarity, joint project applications, and data service collaboration.

The XJTLU Intellectual Property Information Service Centre will take outstanding TISC institutions such as Intellectual Property Publishing House as benchmarks, fully leverage its own resource advantages, continuously enhance its TISC service capabilities, and promote the high-quality development of IP information services.
