The Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks is one of the most efficient ways to obtain trademark protection globally. With its advantages of saving time, effort, and cost, it has become increasingly popular among trademark applicants in recent years.

This webinar aims to help applicants make the best use of the Madrid System and maximize its benefits. After submitting an international application, what types of notifications will applicants receive? How should they respond? What types of certificates will be issued by the Madrid International Bureau to help registrants exercise their rights? And how can one apply for these certificates?
