On December 15th, the "Intellectual Property Services to Boost High-Quality Development of the Nano Industry Salon and Public Intellectual Property Services for Enterprises Matching Event" was successfully held in Suzhou Nano City. A delegation of distinguished guests attended the event, including Shi Wei, Level-II Inspector of the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office, and Liu Fan, Deputy Director of the Patent Examination Cooperation Jiangsu Center of the Patent Office, China National Intellectual Property Administration. More than 120 representatives from nanotechnology enterprises, intellectual property service institutions, and public service platforms gathered for the occasion. The event was co-hosted by Liu Yang, Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Investment (Intellectual Property) Department of Suzhou Nano Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Sun Xiang, Secretary General of the Suzhou Intellectual Property Services Chamber of Commerce.
In his opening address, Ni Qian, Member of the Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Suzhou Industrial Park, highlighted that since the park’s strategic focus on the nanotechnology industry began in 2006, it has established a comprehensive industrial chain. The park has attracted over 1,400 related enterprises and 29 academicians from China and abroad. By 2024, the park’s output value exceeded 173 billion yuan, and four major intellectual property service systems have been established to provide a robust foundation for industrial innovation.

The Deputy Inspector at the Secondary Level of the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office, Shi Wei, affirmed the effectiveness of the event, highlighting that Jiangsu has established an integrated public service system for intellectual property. He emphasized the necessity to inject momentum into the nanotechnology industry through government-enterprise collaboration, innovation-driven strategies, and ecosystem optimization.

During a presentation by Mr. Li Shouxiang, Vice President of Suzhou Nano Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., it was highlighted that the industrial park operates multiple high-level intellectual property platforms. In 2024, the park achieved remarkable performance in related revenues and investment and financing volumes. Six core IP needs of enterprises have been identified, and efforts will be made to advance nano-asset operations under the "1+3+N" model.
The event featured several highlights, including the release of eight exemplary case studies by the digital ambassador "Su Xiao Zhi" and the launch of the Suzhou Intellectual Property Public Service Capability Map, which transitions the model from "service-seeking" to "service-proactive."

The Integrated Intellectual Property Tribunal and Prosecutorial Service Station within the park have been officially inaugurated, accompanied by the simultaneous launch of the "Intellectual Property Protection Initiative" to deliver comprehensive lifecycle services.

Six institutions, including the Suzhou Institute of Intellectual Property of Soochow University, conducted promotions centered on the full - chain business such as appraisal, public services, alliance services, data analysis, agency services, and financial insurance respectively, aiming to precisely meet the needs of enterprises.
Fan Chengji, a senior partner of the Suzhou branch of AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai, shared the key points of FTO overseas infringement prevention and control. Wei Wei from the Intellectual Property Department of the Science and Technology Innovation Commission of Suzhou Industrial Park interpreted the intellectual property support policies, providing practical and valuable information for enterprises.
The Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Xi'an Jiaotong - Liverpool University participated in the event.
