Recently, Suzhou officially launched the application process for the 2025 Intellectual Property (IP) Talent Program. The initiative aims to thoroughly implement the "Suzhou Intellectual Property 'Eight Major Projects' Action Plan (2024-2026) to Fully Support the Development of New Quality Productive Forces," accelerate the development of a high-level IP talent pool, and optimize the IP talent ecosystem.
This application targets IP-related professionals working in enterprises and institutions within Suzhou’s administrative region, with the employing unit serving as the applicant. The program focuses on supporting the introduction of urgently needed talents in IP management, agency, operation, patent information analysis, rights protection services, technology transfer, and other areas.
The talent introduction is categorized into Class A, B, and C, each with specific requirements regarding education level, professional title, years of experience, salary standards, and relevant achievements. Selected talents will have the opportunity to enjoy support policies such as housing purchase subsidies and preferential housing provident fund loans.
The application deadline is July 10, 2025. The process includes online application, supervisory review, submission of paper materials, and expert evaluation.
