On January 14, the 28th meeting of the 13th Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee officially reviewed and approved the "Regulations on the Promotion and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Jiangsu Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"). It is reported that this is the first provincial local regulation in the country for the promotion and protection of intellectual property rights, which will take effect on April 26 this year, coinciding with World Intellectual Property Day.
