Library’s 11th Researcher Academy Symposium Successfully Held on 7 May 2025
The 11th Researcher Academy Symposium was successfully held at the SIP Campus on May 7, 2025. Organized by the XJTLU Library, this symposium brought together scholars at different research stages to share valuable insights and strategies for high-impact publishing. The event featured two distinguished speakers: Professor Fei Ma from the Department of Applied Mathematics, former Associate Vice President (Research and Impact) of XJTLU, and Mr. Lok Hang Cheung, a PhD candidate from the Department of Architecture and recipient of the 1st Prize in the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education Scholarship (2024). Under the theme "Strategizing Your Path to High-Impact Publishing," the symposium provided actionable advice on navigating competitive academic landscapes, leveraging institutional resources, and decoding research metrics to enhance visibility and career growth. The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session, offering attendees the opportunity to interact directly with the speakers.
